Easy Returns & Exchanges
I have included multiple photos and product information including dimensions in the product descriptions but please contact me with any questions and make sure you have read the return/exchange policies before your purchase.
If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let me know within five days. I will either refund the cost of the item or exchange it for a comparable item.
For a refund, please return the product within two weeks, wrapped securely in the same packaging and box you received it in. The original shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products that are returned to me damaged or broken will not receive a refund.
For an exchange, use above procedures and we can figure out which products you would like to exchange for. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but I will pay the shipping costs for the new product sent to you. Products that are returned to me damaged or broken will not receive a refund.
Please notify me within five days of broken/damaged items shipped to you and I will be happy to issue a refund or exchange.
