Julie Guyot Studio

It is official.  My new website is up and running.  It is beautiful and I have to give all of the credit to Emily Wray  who designed the exact site that I wanted.  So I have switched over my blog to blogspot and hope to be happy with that.

Come out to Railroad Square Art Park tomorrow, March 6th for the First Friday Gallery Hop.  Find your way to my studio behind 621 Gallery and help me celebrate my birthday with some gourmet cupcakes from Lucy & Leo's Cupcakery
We will be out on the patio from 6-9pm or until cupcakes run out.  I will also be selling some of my mugs and a few plates barring any disasters in the kiln today.

If you can't make it out on Friday we will also be at my studio on Sunday for "Second Sunday". This months' theme is Artists at Work so there should be several studios open for tours. Hours are noon-5:00.  And there will be more cupcakes!!

This is First Friday back in September.  My friend Andrew Ross
took this photo and is also responsible for taking almost all of the photos on my website.

You can see that my studio doesn't stay clean for long.  You can also see how cold it is without any real heat in the studio.  Notice the fingerless gloves as I am trying to work in clay!
